This newly refurbished student accommodation is ideal for anyone studying at Salford university, each room has its own en-suite facilities with shower and comes fully furnished, the lounge/kitchen is shared with between 4-7 others depending on which floor you are on and each floor has a fully fitted kitchen with all utensils provided and in the lounge cable TV and free WI-FI. f) Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax; and
g) A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement
